Born from a deep passion for business, 360° Business Services was founded to address common challenges that slow growth. We understand that business plan creation, leadership development, and continuous improvement can be demanding. Our mission is to alleviate these pressures, allowing you to concentrate on innovation and core operations.
A unique blend of expertise
Our founder, Dr. Randy Kuhlman, brings over two decades of leadership to the table. He served in the Army for 11 years before joining the Mississippi State Guard for two years. He currently serves as the 1st MS Det. Commander with the US Veteran Reserve Corps. His background ranges from a floor associate in distribution all the way through senior operations manager roles for over a decade within the logistic industry.
Randy attended Capella University for his Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in strategy and innovation, Indiana Wesleyan University for a general MBA, and the University of Maryland Global Campus for his Bachelor's in Political Science with minors in public policy and business law. He is also double certified in Lean Six Sigma as a green belt.
Randy founded this company to serve business owners by offering services that are needed and time-consuming. Randy has a passion for business research and writing, thus 360° Business Services was born. It helps that, for the past five years, he has worked as a small business consultant, allowing him to uniquely understand the need for efficiency, cost effectiveness, and timeliness to clients.
